Ivan Stanić (b. 2002, Croatia) is a photographer, visual researcher, and student at the Royal Academy of Arts, based in The Hague. With a background in natural sciences, he explores themes of history, technology, and control, using photography as both an expressive and investigative tool.
His work engages with landscapes, historical sites, and personal memory, often blending archival material with experimental techniques. He frequently works within hidden or restricted systems, using photography to reveal how power and control operate in space.
Alongside his artistic practice, he works on commissioned projects and serves as Chief Financial Officer of the international photography collective Nothing New Under The Sun.
